Why do we need to verify our Paypal Account?

8. Then Enter the Paypal Code to your Paypal Account Once approved..
   

You now have a Verified Paypal Account.. Paypal will add $1.95 to your Paypal account
from your Unionbank Eon Debit Card.. as a refund for the Verification process..
This will take about 24 to 48 hours..

Note: Your Unionbank Eon Debit Card can be used to Verify and Fund your Paypal Account. It can also be used to withdraw your Paypal funds.
